Southeast Asian Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Arrive on-site promptly outside working hours in accordance with IT operations incident management guidelines.
• Update and maintain infrastructure information with 100% accuracy, regularly check platform alarm settings, and monitor system availability and stability.
• Be familiar with the IDC environment and monitoring systems, and conduct facility inspections as per Alibaba’s requirements, including but not limited to facility status checks, maintenance/repair MOP review, and follow‑up.
• Respond quickly and arrive on‑site according to IT operations incident management guidelines, handling incidents promptly following EOP (Emergency Operation Procedure) and reporting them accordingly.
• Have a strong understanding of IDC infrastructure, including power supply, HVAC, and low‑voltage electrical systems, and be able to quickly locate faults and restore services in case of an incident.
• Be knowledgeable in infrastructure monitoring, capacity management, security management, and availability management to improve operational efficiency.
• Independently create and implement change MOPs, ensuring no incidents occur due to operational changes.
• Complete other tasks as outlined in the Service Contract, Outsourcing Requirement Specification, and related attachments.
