Responsabilities
- Support the Country Manager in the implementation of Client real estate projects
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management team and Client
- Oversee the reportings
- Oversee the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative
- Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the Client
- Support the Country Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projects
- Supervise, report the operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
- Manage suppliers payment via the Client interface, work closely with the finance Client team and proactively resolve issues to avoid blockages
- Coordinate suppliers services and ensure high level of quality HSE and work organisation
- Ensure suppliers services compliancy
- Coordinate the audits and keep the workplaces in a good conditions, compliant and report anomalies
- Reports near misses and good catches
Job Requirements
- Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
- Minimum of eight years experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant
- Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Strong organizational and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of real estate, furniture, accounting and building systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, and MS SharePoint Computer proficiency in CMMS
- Supervisory responsibilities Manage both technical and administrative staff
- Oversee multiple facilities
