Facilities & Hub Launching coordinator - Compans

Description of the Role

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of logistics facilities while overseeing the end-to-end launch of new logistics hubs across the country, ensuring compliance, safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.

Key responsibilities

1. Manageday-to-daywarehousefacilities,documentation,vendorinvoicesandmaintenancerecords.
2. Overseecontractsandrelationshipswithvendors(security,cleaning,maintenance,equipment).
3. Coordinateprocurement,inventoryofconsumables/equipment,andpayment/deliveryprocesses.
4. Ensurehealth&safetycomplianceandoptimizespaceandoperatingcosts.
5. PlanandcoordinatemaintenanceactivitieswiththeFacilitiesManager.
6. Leadhubopenings:siteselection,technicalduediligence,defineinfrastructure/equipmentneeds,coordinateinternal/externalstakeholders,manageschedule,budgetandgo‑livetesting.
7. Documentlaunchprocesses,buildnationalplaybookandtrainlocalteamsonstandards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s/Master’sinprojectmanagement,logistics,engineeringorrelatedfield.
2. 3+yearsinfacilitymanagementand/orlogistics/infrastructureprojectmanagement.
3. Provenexperienceopeninglogisticscentersorindustrialplatforms.
4. Strongstakeholdermanagementandcommunicationskills.
5. Proficientwithprojectmanagementtools(MSProject,Jira,Asana,etc.).
6. ProfessionalEnglish;willingnesstotravelupto50%.

Preferred

1. E‑commerce/expresslogisticsexperience,multi-site/internationalexposure.
2. PMP,Prince2orequivalentcertification.
