F5 Network Engineer (h/f)

Location: Paris ; 3 days remote per week

Summary

The F5 Network Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain F5 load balancing solutions essential for ensuring application performance and availability within the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain F5 load balancing solutions.
• Decommission Viprion chassis and migrate VIPs to the F5 Virtual Edition on Cisco ACI Fabric.
• Troubleshoot and support F5 infrastructure.
• Develop documentation for low-level designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and support projects.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and resilience strategies.
• Implement upgrade and patching roadmaps and disaster recovery plans.
• Drive expertise sharing and documentation updates across teams.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in F5 load balancing and BIG-IP configuration.
• Proficiency in migrating VIPs from Viprion to virtual solutions.
• Experience with Cisco ACI Fabric integration.
• Proficiency in Terraform automation and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of application security and high availability best practices.
