Extraction & Scale-Up Lead — Plant Protein Innovation

So Sweet seeks an Extraction & Scale-up Project Lead to advance our plant-derived protein technology from lab to pilot scale. You will lead experimental design, laboratory execution, and coordination with scientific and industrial partners while driving process improvements and IP development.

The role involves developing extraction steps, optimizing purification, and producing food-grade samples for prospective customers in a fast-moving startup environment. Strong English is required.
