External KYC Analyst

Role Overview

An experienced KYC Analyst is sought to support the Compliance and Client Onboarding functions. The consultant will work onsite at least four days per week and will contribute to high-quality KYC reviews, client due diligence, and regulatory compliance processes. Strong analytical capabilities, solid banking experience, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Reviews — Perform KYC checks for retail and corporate clients in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• CDD/EDD Analysis — Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for higher-risk clients.
• Documentation Validation — Review and validate client documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Risk Assessment — Assess client risk profiles and
• AML Alignment — Ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations and internal governance standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration — Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office teams both locally and globally.
• Case Management — Maintain structured case files and ensure timely completion of KYC tasks.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a KYC Analyst within the banking sector.
• Strong understanding of AML, CDD, EDD, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with onboarding processes for both private and corporate clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high integrity.
