Job Title: Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f)

Location: Airbus Helicopters, Marignane

Airbus Helicopters Group embraces digitalization. The Digital Directorate contributes to the transformation of the group and the Extended Enterprise Product Service Line supports commitments to service level agreements and security policies.

Scope and Responsibilities

As an Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you will deliver and deploy End‑to‑End Extended Enterprise solutions and manage the product lifecycle, ensuring operational SLA compliance.

• Business Consulting : Support the business in defining the activity to be externalized and the associated use cases.
• Solution Design : Collaborate with EE PSL architects to translate business requirements into a suitable solution.
• Proof‑of‑Concept Projects : Lead or co‑lead the POC projects, managing implementation, acceptance, and run‑organisation.
• Run Operations : Monitor service continuity, manage incidents, requests, changes and demand; handle escalations; promote awareness and usage of existing solutions.
• Identify opportunities for harmonisation and portfolio streamlining in alignment with business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture framework.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and facilitate collaboration between IM and business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an IT operational environment with an emphasis on vision and integration into the IT landscape.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, customer‑service orientation and focus on quality deliverables.
• Experience in partner, subcontractor and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Team spirit, strong relationship building and service‑mindness.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• French (negotiation level) and English (negotiation level).

This role involves regular travel within Europe, is offered on a local contract, and requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance.
