Job Description:
The Export Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new markets and developing existing markets for Maison DEGRENNE products in Germany, Austria and Poland. He works with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and create customized solutions to meet their requirements. The Export Sales Representative also manages the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing contracts.
Main responsibilities:- Identify and develop new markets within his/her scope for Maison DEGRENNE products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop customized sales proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, follow-up and contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote Maison DEGRENNE products.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least five years' experience in international sales or export management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
The Sales Representative will work in the Home Office and will also be required to visit customers and attend trade shows and conferences. The position requires travel and mother tongue German, Fluent in English and some French would be an advantage.
