Contract: Unlimited-term contract
Localisation: Suresnes
MISSIONS: Develop sales forecasts for each destination within the scope using the JDA Group tool and data collected from the sales teams and distributors
Feed into the S&OP process as well as the long-term sales budgeting process
Optimize the use of JDA (model, adjust forecasts, incorporate new products)
Prepare and lead monthly sales forecast meetings (Demand Meeting Review) with the sales and marketing teams to validate forecasts, and with distributors
Monitor performance metrics within your scope (MAD, bias, and service rate) and seek solutions to optimize them
Recommend order schedules and quantities for destinations subject to collaborative forecasting with distributors, based on analyses of local sales and inventory
Contribute to the development and professionalization of our distributors in forecasting and ordering functions (through monitoring, coaching, tools, and training)
Collaborate on and lead improvement projects related to the role (e.g., automated reporting, tool enhancements, etc.)
PROFILE:Master’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineer and related fields3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, experience in demand is a plus
Fluent in English and French
Forecasting tool knowledge > Supply Chain APICS certification is a plus
Statistics tools performance understanding
Knowledge about local market: distributors, products, channels, market insights
Proficient in Pack office: Excel, Word, Power Point
