Job Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Export Credit Agencies Due Diligence Manager (f/m) to join the LOPT Third Party Management & Auditing department based in Toulouse, France.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence checks including desktop reviews, data analysis and interviews with sales personnel.
  • Identify and manage compliance risks, specifically anti‑bribery, corruption and money laundering within export credit files.
  • Draft detailed due diligence reports and briefing memos for the General Counsel and CEO to support decision‑making.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Law firms, Forensic experts) to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
  • Monitor compliance policy effectiveness and implement corrective actions across Airbus entities and subsidiaries.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in business law or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in anti‑corruption compliance, ideally within a law firm or an in‑house legal department.
  • Substantive knowledge of Sapin 2, UK Bribery Act, FCPA and OECD anti‑corruption rules and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills required to produce high‑level reports and memorandums for Top Management.
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (negotiation level mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus.
