Export Control Support Manager (h/f)

Airbus Helicopters SAS – Permanent position – Marignane, France (and Donauwörth).

Responsibilities

• Act as Export Control Point of Contact linking the Export Control Service with the Procurement department.
• Define, implement and continuously improve export control processes applied to Procurement.
• Communicate and ensure application of export control rules within the department, create and maintain training materials and an internal focal point network.
• Serve as escalation point and provide support for all export control related issues raised by teams.
• Lead subcontractor activities within the department: specification, monitoring of deliverables.
• Develop monitoring tools to support the activity.
• Act as interface for Airbus Group and Airbus Helicopters export control projects.
• Take responsibility for additional process improvement projects as part of the Process pool.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Export & Compliance, or equivalent (BAC +5).
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and SAP ERP data architecture.
• Skills in data analysis and interest in digitalisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organisation, autonomy, curiosity and proactive mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Security clearance required such as obtained through a dedicated questionnaire.
