Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Export Control & National Security E2E Technical rater & Improver (f/m/d) to join our department Strategy & Culture & Transfo based in Marignane, France. Your future missions
Join the S&S Central Operational Compliance Team with a dual mandate: to ensure full compliance with international Export Control and National Security regulations through expert technical classification, licences management and support NS/EPOC to drive End‑to‑End (E2E) process simplification and improvement across S&S operations.
- Perform Export Control and National Security classifications for parts and helicopters.
- Support the prioritization of classification needs.
- Develop technical expertise by achieving certification as a Technical Rater, ensuring a deep operational understanding of regulations.
- Identify and set up with LOEH the licence needed to secure the S&S mission execution.
- Identify and implement the needed accreditation to secure the S&S mission execution.
- Support the deployment and implementation of relevant processes.
- Simplify and ensure continuous E2E workflows covering internal licence usage, harmonization of worldwide compliance for In‑Service MRO H/C activities, accreditation processes, business application automation/access, and record keeping requirements.
- Work to identify the necessary licences and accreditations.
- Provide robust project support for improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the alignment and challenge of strategies against S&S operational requirements.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to departments to ensure they can classify their own intangible assets.
- Increase S&S team maturity through awareness campaigns (ranging from classification to export authorization).
- Improve data quality and referentials, actively supporting digital transformation and automation efforts.
Your profile
- Experience: Engineer or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautical sector.
- Technical Knowledge: Mandatory aeronautical and technical background.
- Language: Fluent English is required.
- Mindset: Data and new technologies (AI, Skywise) oriented, with strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of S&S activities and organization.
- Skills: Demonstrated leadership and agility with digital applications.
- Integrity: A strong commitment to working with integrity to ensure compliance with international regulations is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Export Control and National Security regulations is a welcome asset.
