EXPORT AREA MANAGER – SOUTHERN EUROPE

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a network of distributors.
- Build, manage and retain a network of resellers, dealers and importers.
- Support dealership sales staff in the field, visiting livestock farmers.
- Support importers’ product or sales teams in their dealings with customers.
- Showcase our expertise.
- Promote our agricultural machinery to key market players.
- Represent the compagny at trade fairs, field demonstrations and international events.
- Train new distributors and help build the network’s skills.
- Manage and develop your territory.
- Identify development opportunities, conduct market research and establish new networks.
- Ensure reliable reporting, actively monitor the competition and provide feedback on field conditions.
- Monitor the profitability of your sector and ensure sales targets are met.
- Implement and embody the company’s sales policy.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in export business development, network management or the sale of technical equipment.
- Ideally, knowledge of the agricultural sector or livestock equipment.
- Excellent ability to work independently, analytical skills and a strong preference for fieldwork.
- Languages: fluent Spanish and English – French is an advantage.
- Mobility: frequent travel within your area (Spain, Portugal, Southern Europe).
