Context: The Infrastructure as Code (Ia

C) center of expertise, within the Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions teams, aims to increase its capabilities. You will report to the manager of the Infrastructure and Server Solutions team within the group's IT department. You will work on structuring the service offering of this center of expertise, supporting the squads, and participating in the IT department's modernization program. Responsibilities: Support the squads in implementing Terraform in an on-premises environment, including module standardization, state governance, security, and progressive team autonomy. Essential technical skills

• Excellent command of Terraform o Design and maintenance of: reusable modules, multi-workspace/multi-stack environments according to the chosen model & variables/outputs/locals o Dependency management and structuring of Terraform projects Governance & industrialization o Definition of standards: repository structure, naming conventions, versioning strategy, module organization o Quality and reliability: validation, linting, controls, code reviews o Management of Terraform pipelines State management o Proficiency with remote backends o Experience in state management with: S3-compatible backend & state locking o Best practices for securing state o Collision management, concurrency, restoration and remediation strategy On-prem environment o Experience with providers or integrations related to on-prem environments o Ability to interface Terraform with layers of: virtualization, network, storage & security. Essential Cross-Functional Skills Ability to work in an industrialized environment and produce reusable standards Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code practices Experience in quality assurance, standardization, documentation, and knowledge transfer o Proficiency in the principles of: Git/Git

Ops, branch management/merge requests/code review & code quality/security o Excellent level of formalization: templates, standards, patterns, contribution guides & operational playbooks

• Ability to work in a context of internal skills development and team empowerment Ability to work in a context of internal skills development and team empowerment Desired Skills Knowledge of Vault Experience with policy as code/governance Experience with Git

Ops/CI/CD workflows

• Ability to cleanly integrate Terraform with Ansible Knowledge of Terragrunt if you are considering this type of structure (only required if it is a genuine option) Examples of expected deliverables: Terraform structuring blueprint Reference modules Nomenclature standards Variable/secret/state management standards Typical validation/plan/apply pipeline Contribution guide for squads Feedback from support Essential soft skills: Pedagogy, ability to take on a coaching/facilitating role in addition to technical expertise Listening and adapting to the maturity level of the squads Analytical skills, good written and oral communication, ability to formalize Ability to challenge without imposing Results-oriented/pragmatic**Job Category:*
