Safran Aircraft Engines is part of the Safran Group. The Digital Systems Information (DSI) division, with more than 500 people, is undergoing digital transformation to support growth. This role is within the ERP, Supply Chain and Chain division, specifically the CDRM department.

Role Overview

As an Expert in SD‑MM, you will pilot the replacement of legacy ERP systems with SAP across all sites, maintain operational ERP solutions, and support new projects.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the program that replaces legacy ERP with SAP across all sites.
• Maintain operational conditions for ERP & satellites.
• Ensure system performance and availability.
• Develop and implement SI roadmaps, including obsolescence planning.
• Establish and run competence centers.
• Support clients in new project implementation.
• Act as point of contact for business units within RUN activities.
• Guarantee the Core Model solution.

Requirements

• BAC+5 in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.

Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in SAP SD/MM configuration, including purchasing, orders, distribution, and inventory.
• Project management experience in SAP; team collaboration and stakeholder coordination.
• Process analysis and optimization ability.
• Customer orientation and active listening.
• Analytical thinking, rigor, and clear communication.
• Team spirit, collaboration, adaptability, and change management.
