Expert d'assurance - Sinistre Construction - H/F

About the Role

The expert will manage claims files for civil liability and civil liability in the decade for insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Intervene at the site of a claim.
• Observe the reality of the damage.
• Investigate the origin.
• Estimate the consequences.
• Write an expert report for the insurer.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 from a university or engineering school.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the construction sector (project management, technical control, etc.).
• Strong reasoning ability, curiosity and a questioning mindset.
• Ability to manage several cases simultaneously with organization.
• Excellent writing, analytical, synthesis and listening skills.
• Relationship and negotiation skills.

Compensation

Fixed salary (range indicated above) plus variable part. Status cadre, 218 days forfait, 9 to 12 days RTT per year.
