Overview

The role focuses on supporting a large-scale IT transformation program with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity for infrastructure services. The position involves coordinating security operations, ensuring service continuity, improving security posture, and driving operational excellence within a complex multi‑entity environment. The expert will also manage service delivery and oversee performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cybersecurity activities within infrastructure transformation programs, including risk assessments and control validations.
• Manage cybersecurity service delivery including vulnerabilities, network security, data protection, and incident management.
• Monitor and improve performance of external partners using KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure operational excellence by defining procedures, runbooks, and continuous improvement plans.
• Support compliance with cybersecurity standards and ensure consistency across environments.

Specific Requirements

• Strong experience in cybersecurity infrastructure
• Ability to manage service delivery
• Experience with governance and KPI monitoring
