Compensation
Annual gross salary between €45,000 and €50,000, plus company benefits such as telework, restaurant voucher, health insurance, transport reimbursement (60%), participation/bonus scheme, and paid time off up to 17 days.
Role Summary
As an Expert in CVC and Building Management (GTB), you will support the engineering and maintenance strategy for the company’s real estate portfolio, ensuring high technical performance, service quality, and cost optimisation. Your work will cover project leadership, maintenance planning, tool deployment, external vendor management and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and studies for CVC/GTB systems.
- Contribute to the real estate master plan through technical studies and decision support.
- Propose and defend efficient technical solutions.
- Support the deployment of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (GMAO).
- Provide regular reporting to the maintenance/works manager.
- Define and manage multi‑annual maintenance plans.
- Supervise preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance activities across all sites.
- Coordinate system upgrades for GTB/GTC.
- Ensure reliability and update of technical data.
- Manage planning, budgeting, deadlines, and service continuity.
- Identify operational constraints and ensure their integration.
- Carry out level‑2 technical interventions.
- Participate in audits through measurements and surveys.
- Define technical needs and specifications for external contractors.
- Engage with the procurement team during procurement processes.
- Follow up on contractors and guarantee service quality.
- Negotiate contracts within regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure compliance of CVC/GTB installations.
- Track safety authorisations of personnel.
- Maintain regulatory documentation.
Qualifications
- Higher education in HVAC, energy engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience in multi‑technique maintenance and CVC/GTB installation management.
- Experience leading technical projects and managing service providers.
- Strong command of GMAO tools.
- Knowledge of safety and operational regulatory frameworks.
- Autonomous, organised, and personable.
- Capability to challenge and optimise external services.
- Analytical mindset, rigor, prioritisation skills.
- Innovative thinking focused on energy efficiency and effectiveness.
