Your role :In close collaboration with various stakeholders, you are responsible to understand business requirements, lead, manage, design & develop complex cloud-based & edge AI solutions and manage the deployment and operation into the AI Hub Platform.

As a key leader within the AI Solutions Team, you will oversee the AI Engineering sub-domain and provide technical leadership across all three sub-domains: Cloud, AI and Data.

This position sits at the heart of our team’s ambition to put AI as a Service (AIaa

S) to all Schneider Electric Business Units and clients.

Your role is crucial in driving this transformation, promoting a modern AI approach, and reinforcing a robust engineering culture.

Your responsibilities : Technical and Strategic Responsibilities

You will lead the design and execution of the External/Internal UCs roadmap for the AI Engineering team, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with AI Hub broader roadmap. Your leadership will be instrumental in managing change within the team and strategically guiding the recruitment of future engineering talent. Your participation in the company's AI activities will also be vital in influencing our overarching technical trajectory. You will

Lead the design and develop scalable, optimize, secure, and compliant cloud-based & edge AI solutions

Manage deployment and operation for AI Solutions

Put in place common technical patterns and strategies for UCs

Stay up-to-date on the latest AI technologies

Collaboration and Influence

This role requires a high degree of collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Your ability to leverage your soft skills and emotional intelligence will be key to navigating the complexities of stakeholder interactions and ensuring the success of the UCs. You will

Collaborate & work closely with AI Technology/Platform team, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and LOBs in order to

Set clear technical context and goals

Track and improve UCs monitoring

Identify/Evaluate and plan for risks

Influence on decisions

Challenge stakeholders

Evaluate similarities between UCs to rationalise & reuse patterns

Follow

UCs during their lifecycle (Incoming, in progress and delivered)

AI Engineering team members tasks and provide leadership

Mentor and share knowledge with Junior Engineers & stakeholders

Your profile : Master or Ph

D or equivalent diploma in Analytics / Artificial Intelligence / Data world or related subjects.+ 6 years of experience in advanced including 3 years of experience as Technical Leader or equivalent

Cloud Architecture / Engineering

Mastering Azure Services (AI, ML, Compute, DBs, Containers, Storage, Networking, Security, …)Software Architecture / Engineering
