Expert Achats – Europe du Sud (F/H)

The department of real estate expertise within Property Management is responsible for the operation of shopping centres in the South Europe portfolio. The Procurement Expert reports to the Senior Manager, Procurement & Performance – South Europe. The role involves deploying the procurement strategy across the South Europe region, leading tender processes and ensuring the economic and qualitative performance of contracted services.

Daily responsibilities

  • Develop a deep market knowledge of the maintenance/exploitation and service provision sector.
  • Work closely with technical prescribers to define specifications and maximise the value of services.
  • Lead end‑to‑end major consultations (multitech maintenance, cleaning, waste, etc.): drafting documents, analysing offers, negotiating and contracting.
  • Adequate local site teams in local consultations and operational deployment of new contracts.
  • Maintain regulatory and competitive watch, benchmark industry best practices, and propose innovative solutions that generate added value.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and associated analyses on purchases and contracts, enabling the identification of cost‑saving levers.
  • Organise performance review committees with external partners.
  • Assess supplier performance.
  • Challenge annual improvement plans and drive contractual evolutions under a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bac+5 in procurement, commerce or engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in service procurement, preferably in tertiary real estate or facility management.
