We are supporting a major European financial institution developing a next-generation digital assets and tokenisation platform.
We're looking for an experienced Sales / Business Developer to drive institutional adoption of blockchain-based financial solutions across Europe.
Location: Europe (Paris)
Main Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients (banks, asset managers, fintechs, corporates).
Promote innovative digital asset and tokenisation solutions to high-value clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, operations) to design tailor-made offerings.
Support the commercial go-to-market strategy for blockchain-based financial products.
Report to senior stakeholders and contribute to business development strategy.
Ideal profile
5+ years' experience in institutional B2B sales within fintech, payments, or digital assets.
Previous experience at Swan, Stripe, Swift, Circle, Fireblocks, Ledger Enterprise, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of blockchain use cases in finance and European regulatory frameworks (MiCA, AML).
Excellent enterprise sales skills and experience with complex, long-cycle deals.
Professional English required; French is a plus.
