What you will do

Within YoungCapital's IT department of about 60 developers, the Research & Development team is building a range of innovative, data‑driven applications. Your role will involve developing and maintaining these applications, primarily using Ruby on Rails, and collaborating with the team in an agile environment.

Ruby on Rails, Git, ElasticSearch, Python, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Sidekiq with Redis, MySQL, Cordova, Vue, JavaScript, Node.js

What we ask

• Baccalauréat required
• At least level HBO or university, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of Ruby on Rails experience in at least two industries
• Fluent English; knowledge of another European language a plus (Dutch not required)
• Strong knowledge of MySQL
• Experience with JavaScript (e.g., React), Scrum/agile, Elasticsearch a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
