Job Overview

redbox+ Dumpsters of Lancaster & Chester Counties is hiring an experienced Roll‑Off Driver based out of Gap, PA. If you already know how to run roll‑off containers and are tired of poor equipment, inconsistent work, or companies that don’t appreciate drivers, this position offers the change you’re looking for.

$60,000 – $90,000 per year with signing & performance bonuses. Local routes with home every night. Clean, well‑maintained equipment and stable, year‑round work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and picking up roll‑off containers
• Servicing portable restroom units using a vacuum system
• Securing loads and operating roll‑off equipment safely
• Performing daily truck inspections
• Providing professional service on job sites

What We’re Looking For

• Class B CDL preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Roll‑off or commercial truck experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, professional attitude
