Your Responsibilities

As a Service Plumber:

• Identify and resolve a variety of residential plumbing issues
• Conduct water heater repairs/replacements, leak detection, and fixture installations
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners
• Keep a clean and safe work area and maintain your vehicle

As a Plumbing Install Technician:

• Install plumbing systems in residential settings
• Ensure compliance with codes and uphold quality standards
• Perform detailed inspections and deliver accurate installation solutions
• Represent Plumbline professionally and with pride

Qualifications

For Service Plumber:

• Current valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• 4+ years of residential plumbing service and repair experience
• Expertise in leak detection and repair is a plus
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Consistent proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Self-motivated and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Available for overtime, nights, or weekends as necessary
• Physically able to work in varied weather conditions (hot, cold, wet)
• Dependable, efficient, and dedicated to high standards of workmanship

For Plumbing Install Technician:

• Current valid Colorado Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing installation
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional demeanor
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is beneficial
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, or weekends
• Comfortable in all weather conditions and various environments
• Committed to delivering quality , efficiency, and ongoing improvement
