Experienced Product Manager – Digital Products

At Ayvens, we are shaping sustainable mobility. As an Experienced Product Manager you will lead the development and execution of our digital product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (design, engineering, architecture) to define and deliver innovative digital products.
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories to guide the development process.
• Challenge, update and harmonize shared processes across multiple countries to improve product performance.
• Track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Support the Head of Product in executing product strategies and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a product champion, communicating vision and updates to stakeholders and fostering a customer‑centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably digital products.
• Advanced degree in Product Management, Digital Application Development or similar (preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Good knowledge of CRM & marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketing Cloud) and product management software.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast‑paced environment, using Agile methodologies.
• Customer‑focused mindset and passion for exceptional user experiences.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, with strong ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English.
