We have an opening for an Experienced Product Manager.

What will you do?

As our new Experienced Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of our digital product offerings. This position will focus on understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful product delivery that aligns with our strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will include

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, engineering, and architecture, to define and deliver innovative digital products that meet customer needs.
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories to guide the development process.
• Challenge, update and harmonize processes shared by more than 40 countries, to improve product performance.
• Track product performance metrics and analyze data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Support the Head of Product in the execution of product strategies and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Act as a product champion, communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders and fostering a customer‑centric culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Good knowledge of CRM & Marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, and familiarity with product management tools and software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Self‑motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Fluent in English (required).
