Experienced Product Manager – Ayvens

Overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, engineering and architecture, to define and deliver innovative digital products that meet customer needs;
• Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new features;
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations;
• Write clear and detailed product requirements and user stories to guide the development process;
• Challenge, update and harmonise processes across more than 40 countries to improve product performance;
• Track product performance metrics and analyse data to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement;
• Support the Head of Product in the execution of product strategies and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards;
• Act as a product champion, communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders and fostering a customer‑centric culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Master’s degree in Product Management or Digital Application Development;
• Minimum 5years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in digital products;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams;
• Good knowledge of CRM & marketing automation tools (such as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud) and familiarity with product management tools and software;
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with experience in Agile methodologies;
• A customer‑focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences;
• Self‑motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability;
• Fluent in English.
