Experienced Nuclear Strategy and Transformation Consultant

• Support program leadership teams and industrial organizations in their transformation and digitalization initiatives.
• Advise program leadership and executive stakeholders on defining and implementing their transformation roadmaps.
• Lead strategic engagements addressing business, organizational, and digital challenges to safeguard program cost, quality, and timelines.
• Design governance, management, and performance models to improve coordination among teams and partners.
• Identify and scope suitable digital solutions to improve data continuity, reporting, and decision-making.
• Contribute to business development, pre-sales activities, and the development of innovative, high-value offerings.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• You hold a degree from an engineering school, university, or equivalent Master's-level program.
• You communicate confidently in French and English in international environments.
• You have significant experience in consulting, transformation, or managing complex programs, ideally in the energy, nuclear, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
• You have a strong understanding of governance, operational performance, and coordinating multiple stakeholders within complex organizations.
• You can leverage data and artificial intelligence to improve analysis, decision-making, and program performance.
• Leadership skills and a strong customer focus.
