Organization

STEPEVI is looking for a dynamic Experienced Luxury B2B Sales Executive, to expand your global commercial footprint.

The Experienced Luxury B2B Sales Executive position M/F will be responsible for executing STEPEVI’s global commercial strategy across BtoB Department: Contracts (Hospitality, Corporate Office, Resellers and more BtB clients).

He may also support other channels if necessary (Retail, e‑commerce and wholesale for example).

The candidate will play a key role in growing the sales, gaining main key clients, deepening client engagement, and elevating brand presence in strategic markets.

Competences and requirements

  • 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in the luxury interiors, design, rug & carpet or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated success in growing international sales.
  • Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and design‑driven selling.
  • Existing network within the global luxury, contracts/FF&E, architecture/designers, interior and hospitality sectors.
  • Other major European languages is a plus.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • International culture, open minded, positive, proactive and problem solver.
  • Availability to travel when necessary.
  • At ease with IT (CRM, Office Pack, Social Media).
