Experienced IT Support Technician - Windows & Security

Murex is seeking an experienced IT technician in Paris to independently support users, resolve incidents and contribute to workplace technology projects. You will collaborate with specialist IT teams and vendors to deliver secure, reliable services within agreed SLAs.

You will manage Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft 365, Intune and SCCM co-management, and remote-access tools, while maintaining documentation and knowledge articles for ongoing operations and improvements.
