Expansion Sales Ops Lead - Data-Driven AI-Enabled

Electra is expanding across Europe, building a scalable sales ops engine for 10 countries. As Sales Ops Manager, you’ll partner with Expansion leadership to source and sign high-potential sites faster, designing processes, dashboards, and data infrastructure.

You’ll own CRM architecture (Hubspot), drive adoption, and lead AI-enabled enablement across the sales org, while coordinating across markets and languages. Based in France with travel.
