Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Group HR Department - Executive Reward based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a collaborative team of former lawyers and C&B specialists. Within the Executive Reward department, you will combine labor law expertise with operational compensation management for Executives (Band III+). Your main challenge will be to secure and manage all legal and contractual processes throughout the Executive lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), ensuring compliance with labor law and alignment with Group reward policies.

Your challenges
- Draft and issue Executive employment contracts, side letters, and contractual remuneration proposals for external hires, internal promotions, and international mobility.
- Manage end-to-end Executive offboarding by computing complex departure packages, drafting legal separation agreements, and negotiating directly with departing Executives and legal counsels.
- Maintain and update contractual templates and documentation in accordance with evolving French and international employment legislation.
- Advise internal HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll, International Mobility, Pensions & Benefits) and conduct targeted legal research on employment law developments.
- Drive continuous improvement and HR digitalization projects to optimize Executive administrative and legal operations.
Your boarding pass
- At least 5 years of experience in French Labor Law, acquired either as a practicing lawyer (Avocat) or in‑house legal/HR specialist handling executive matters.
- Education: Master’s degree in French Labor Law / Droit Social (Bar exam / CAPA is a strong plus).
- Languages: Full bilingual fluency in English and French is mandatory. Working knowledge of German is an asset.
- Technical Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in French employment law, exposure to international/German labor law, and proficiency in HR tools (SAP, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets).
- Personal Attributes & Demeanor: Strong negotiation skills, emotional intelligence, strict confidentiality, organizational agility, and a strong collaborative mindset.
