About this opportunity
You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Delivering high-quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
- Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
- Producing and presenting to customers.
- Preparing bids for services.
- Managing service delivery for profit.
- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
- Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects in France (real estate/buildings).
- Experience of work as a Project Manager / AMO, ideally for hospitality projects.
- Understanding of the tools and techniques applied to project management.
- Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specification and acquisition.
- Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
- Knowledge of health and safety basics applied to the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Eligible to work in France.
- Available to work permanently in Nice-Cannes area.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 or equivalent - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar.
- Engineering School or BTS, DUT or Technical Professional License.
