Executive Producer

ABOUT THE POSITION

As our studio continues to expand and the scope of our productions grows, we are looking for an Executive Producer to lead large-scale AAA projects across multiple Virtuos studios and disciplines.

The Executive Producer is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex game productions by aligning product vision, production execution, business objectives, and player expectations across teams, clients, and stakeholders.

This role combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced production leader with deep knowledge of AAA game development, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through ambitious creative and technical challenges.

Founded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies. We are headquartered in Singapore with offices in Asia, Europe, and North America. Specializing in full-cycle game development and art production, we have delivered high-quality content for more than 1,500 console, PC, and mobile games. Our clients include 23 of the top 25 gaming companies worldwide.

About Our Team

Founded in 2004, our Paris studio is located within the lush confines of Parc Saint-Christophe in Cergy - close to the city center of Paris and easily reachable by public transport.

Our studio has a full suite of capabilities to undertake projects of varying scopes, including co-developments, adaptations, and remasters of AAA games.

A great example of this is our recently launched homemade game, Mahokenshi, which was released in January 2023.
