Executive Director, Clean Energy & Community Impact

Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) seeks an Executive Director to lead a nationally recognized nonprofit focused on affordable clean energy, energy efficiency and community resilience in the Philadelphia region and Delaware. You will set strategic vision, guide programs, and ensure strong governance while stewarding resources to maximize impact.

The role requires a durable track record in nonprofit leadership, senior management, and proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, funders and
