Overview

Comète coaches partner with Comète to support members in powerful personal transformation, primarily through our peer group service, Personal Boards. Personal Boards drive powerful personal transformation through a group-based experience to unpack challenges, foster deep connections, and accelerate members’ leadership capacity by providing a confidential and supportive space to brainstorm, problem-solve, strategize, and recharge in the company of trusted equals.

As an Executive coach, you will help each Personal Board address their leadership needs over the course of their journey. Executive coaches have significant experience (8+ years) in executive coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development, and frequently work with senior executives (VP, SVP, C-Suite).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of executive coaching experience
• Proven group facilitation skills
• Experience working with senior executives (VP, SVP, C-Suite)
• Demonstrated alignment with Comète's mission and a concrete work history showing this alignment
