Executive Assistant to CTO & AI Leadership

Mirakl is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Labs Leadership Team, including the CTO and Chief Data & AI Officer, from our Paris HQ. You will manage calendars, travel, and confidential matters while coordinating labs events and cross-functional projects.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and the executive team to ensure seamless operations and efficient processes, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
