Your Mission:

As the Executive Assistant to our founder and leadership team, you'll be the organizational backbone of our

subsidiaries operations —juggling creation, launches, schedules, keeping us on track, and making sure the details don’t just get handled—they shine.

What You'll Do:

- Assist articulating the subsidiaries creation and launch

- Manage complex international calendars, travel, and meetings across multiple me zones

- Act as a key liaison between the executive team and partners, clients, and internal teams

- Support day-to-day opera ons and special projects (logistics, events, VIP client support)

- Prepare reports, presentations, and communications with flair and polish

- Handle confiden al informa on with discretion and professionalism

- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and bring positive energy into the mix daily

Who You Are:

- A motivated professional with 2–5 years of EA, operations, or administrative experience

- Exceptionally organized, proactive, and tech-savvy

- Comfortable managing up and communicating clearly at all levels

- Calm under pressure, fast on your feet, and always one step ahead

- Mandatory fluency in English, bonus points for French, Italian, or other wine-producing region languages
