Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant, you are the invisible backbone of our CEO's effectiveness — absorbing complexity, filtering noise, and freeing Julien to focus on what only he can do. Your role is simple to state, hard to master: remove every low-value task from his plate, without him having to ask twice.
Your mission: save 10 to 15 hours per week for the CEO. Every week. Without fail.
Day to day, you will
- Manage all professional and personal scheduling — meetings, travel, agenda coordination — with zero friction and zero follow-up needed. Success = calendar runs itself. CEO never misses a beat.
- Anticipate needs before they are expressed — prep briefs, pre-read materials, context summaries, and logistics — so Julien walks into every interaction ready. Success = you’ve already thought of it before he asks.
- Act as gatekeeper and filter — protect the CEO's time from low-priority interruptions while keeping the right people connected. Success = the right things get through. The rest doesn’t.
- Own low-stakes decisions autonomously — coordinate, confirm, respond, and close without escalation on routine matters. Success = fewer decisions land on the CEO's desk.
- Maintain absolute discretion — on business matters, personal matters, strategic conversations, and anything in between. Success = you know everything. You say nothing. You're trusted unconditionally.
This is not an administrative role. This is a strategic support role — one where judgment, anticipation, and discretion matter more than any tool or process.
