Executive Assistant
Job Description
You are joining the M&A team as an executive assistant.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
- Assist the Manager with his daily requests and physically accommodate appointments
- Manage the agenda and daily schedule (appointment booking, room reservations, emails, etc.)
- Organize lunches as well as travel in Paris and abroad (reservations for taxis, tickets, hotels, etc.)
- Manage expense reports

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
With a higher education, you have at least 5 years of experience in management assistant positions.
Do you have:
- Office tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Managing calendars, organizing meetings and events with rigor and precision
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability
- Autonomous, responsive, organized, and have a keen sense of service
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- Ability to cope effectively with unexpected situations
- Proficiency in English with at least a B2 level
