Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Execution Engineer who will be responsible for managing the execution phase of decentralized renewable energy projects, ensuring proper coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction activities, while delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Greenvolt Next France recherche un(e) Execution Engineer qui sera responsable de la gestion de la phase d’exécution des projets d’énergies renouvelables décentralisées, en assurant une coordination efficace entre les activités d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction, tout en garantissant la livraison des projets dans les délais, le budget et conformément aux exigences techniques, de sécurité et réglementaires.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of decentralized energy projects (e.g. solar PV, storage, hybrid systems), ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines;
• Manage project execution from ready-to-build stage through commissioning and handover;
• Liaise with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery;
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays or cost overruns;
• Ensure compliance with technical designs, quality standards, and HSE requirements throughout project execution;
• Review and validate engineering designs, technical documentation, and construction plans;
• Coordinate site activities, including supervision of contractors and quality control inspections;
• Track project budgets, control costs, and support financial reporting processes;
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment and materials;
• Support grid connection processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders during implementation;
• Prepare and maintain execution schedules, progress reports, and internal documentation;
• Support commissioning, testing, and project handover processes to operations teams;
• Ensure compliance with French technical, environmental, and construction regulations;
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution processes and project performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar)
• 2–5+ years of experience in project execution, construction, or engineering roles (preferably in renewable energy or infrastructure);
• Experience with solar PV, storage, or decentralized energy systems is a strong plus;
• Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and technical standards in France
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and good level of English;
• Strong project management and coordination skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of project management tools is a plus);
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

• Diplôme en ingénierie (électrique, mécanique, énergie ou domaine similaire) ;
• 2 à 5+ ans d’expérience dans l’exécution de projets, la construction ou des fonctions d’ingénierie (de préférence dans les énergies renouvelables ou les infrastructures) ;
• Une expérience dans le solaire photovoltaïque, le stockage ou les systèmes d’énergie décentralisée constitue un atout majeur ;
• Connaissance des processus de construction, de la gestion de projet et des normes techniques en France ;
• Maîtrise du français (obligatoire) et bon niveau d’anglais ;
• Solides compétences en gestion et coordination de projets ;
• Maîtrise de MS Office (la connaissance des outils de gestion de projet est un plus) ;
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
• Esprit d’équipe et excellentes compétences en communication.
