We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to deliver continuous, one-on-one clinical care for an individual VIP client aboard a luxury vessel. This permanent position offers the rare opportunity to sail through iconic destinations across the Mediterranean—including the Côte d’Azur, Monaco, Greece, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve—while maintaining impeccable professional standards. You will operate within a highly supportive, premium environment, working alongside a Western-trained Lead Doctor and a team of Western-trained Physiotherapists. To ensure optimal patient safety and work-life balance, duties are structured in double-nurse shifts, meaning a clinical colleague is always on duty with you. Requirements A formal 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from a Western-accredited institution. Active nursing registration. A minimum of 4 years of recent experience within high-acuity acute hospital environments (such as ICU, ER, or similar critical care units). Complete fluency in spoken and written English. Unrestricted flexibility and availability for international travel. Benefits Salary: £60,000 GBP - £90,000 GBP per annum (completely Tax-Free).
