Events Producer, HOKA – Annecy / Paris
Role
As the EMEA Events Producer HOKA, you will work alongside the EMEA Events Assistant Manager to elevate and execute HOKA’s road event partnerships, bringing the brand to life through impactful consumer experiences across the region. Your work will focus on coordinating, planning and executing strategic event partnerships that enhance brand visibility, support product storytelling and deliver against commercial and marketing objectives. You will help manage event activations from concept through execution, ensuring every touchpoint delivers a premium brand experience while supporting business growth. You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Events team, event organisers, agencies, athletes, brand ambassadors and cross‑functional partners across Marketing, Retail, Local Market teams and Global stakeholders to maximise event impact and drive brand awareness.
Your Impact
- Own the coordination and execution of event partnership projects, ensuring best‑in‑class delivery from planning through on‑site activation.
- Develop strong relationships with event organisers, agencies and key stakeholders to maximise partnership value and long‑term success.
- Collaborate with regional, local and global teams to create integrated activation plans that amplify event partnerships across multiple channels.
- Ensure project timelines, trackers, logistics, reporting and stakeholder communications are maintained to the highest standard.
- Care for every aspect of the consumer journey, delivering memorable and premium brand experiences that align with HOKA’s values and objectives.
- Support budget forecasting, invoice management, KPI tracking, reporting processes and event staff leadership throughout project execution.
- Lead on‑site event coordination, team engagement and activation delivery, bringing energy, innovation and operational excellence to every event.
Who You Are
You are a proactive, driven and highly organised events professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, working cross‑functionally and traveling frequently to support event activations. You understand sports marketing, consumer experience and event management, balancing creativity with commercial objectives. You build relationships with stakeholders, agencies, athletes and event staff, and possess strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. You are adaptable, resilient and energized by delivering premium brand experiences under pressure.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in sports marketing, events marketing or a similar role.
- Experience with project management, event production and large‑scale event partnerships.
- Experience tracking and managing budgets.
- Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Fluency in English plus one additional European language is a plus.
- Passion for sport, consumer engagement and creating innovative brand experiences.
