While we have a remote-first mindset, for this role we are looking for someone who can be present in our Paris office on a weekly basis to work closely with the marketing and events team .

👉 THE JOB

👉 Your role

As an Events & Demand Generation Apprentice, you will spend around 60% of your time on events - including organizing trade shows, industry events, and company-hosted sessions in France and abroad. The other 40% will focus on supporting digital demand generation and campaign activities.

You will work closely with the VP Marketing and Growth Manager to help build our brand, generate leads, and drive pipeline.

👉 Key responsibilities

  • Organize and support in-person events, trade shows, and industry gatherings (logistics, registration, stand, follow-up, etc.).
  • Attend events in France and internationally (travel required 3-4 times a year).
  • Support the delivery of digital activities (email campaigns, lead nurturing, landing pages, website content and publishing).
  • Occasionally assist with online events (webinars) and virtual sessions.
  • Research and identify new event opportunities, partners, and formats.
  • Track and analyze event and campaign performance in dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and creative teams
  • Assist with marketing operations (CRM, reporting, lead imports).
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities in B2B SaaS events and demand generation.

Requirements:

You share our values? We’re looking for these skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s/Bachelor’s program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar), looking for a 1–2 year apprenticeship (“alternance”).
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus.
  • Based in the Paris area and able to work from the Boulogne office on a weekly basis
  • Willing and able to travel within France and internationally for events.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, curiosity, and creativity.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an interest in content creation.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, marketing automation, etc.).
  • First experience in event management, marketing, or project coordination (internships, student jobs, or personal projects).
  • Experience with Marketing tools would be a plus (Webflow, Hubspot, La Growth Machine…) and collaboration tools (Slack, Notiion…)

  1. 📞 First, a 15-minute Google Meet call with our Head of People to make sure the basics align, your expectations, availability, and overall fit.
  2. 🤝 If all goes well, you’ll meet the VP Marketing face-to-face in our offices for a more in-depth conversation.
  3. 📽️ Last step: you’ll work on a short case study and present it over Google Meet to two members of the marketing team.
