On November 26, 2024, TP’s Investor Relations and CSR teams were present at the Investir Day 2024 forum, the must-attend event for individual investors in France.

Shareholders, students and other participants had the opportunity to attend two speeches:

• Olivier Rigaudy, Deputy CEO and Group CFO, presented in plenary session the group’s mission, strategy and outlook
• João Cardoso, Chief Innovation and Digital Officer, led a Masterclass on the impact of artificial intelligence and the importance of emotional intelligence in our activities

The annual general meeting is a key moment of exchange between shareholders and the Group's management on the activities of the financial year. It is also an occasion for shareholders to take an active role in the governance of the Group by exercising their voting rights.

The latest annual general meeting was held on May 23, 2024.

2024 Annual Results were released on February 27, 2025.
