Responsibilities
- Lead Marketplace Live, OFA's flagship event: 3rd edition in November, target 500 registrants.
- Structure and operate a twice-monthly webinar program.
- Prepare and manage participation in B2B sector trade shows (Batimat, CMI or partnerships under consideration).
- Manage each event end-to-end: CRM targeting, email campaigns, event hosting, moderation, and vendor management.
- Mobilize and coordinate the sales teams (around thirty people) to generate pre-event traffic: follow-ups, escalations, and direct presence.
- Ensure integration of generated leads into the CRM, their qualification, and handoff to nurturing.
- Measure the ROI of each event and produce post-event reports.
- Coordinate external providers: agencies, venues, scenography, and speakers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience in large-scale B2B events.
- Experience managing B2B events of 200–500 attendees: trade shows, conferences, and client events.
- Management of complex, multi-channel projects (in-person and remote).
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM: lead tracking and database targeting.
- Brevo or equivalent email delivery tool for coordinating email campaigns.
- Livestorm or equivalent webinar platform.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular for tracking registrants and KPIs.
- Event budget management experience.
- Professional English (C1).
