Event Communications Apprentice – France

Looking to embark on a new adventure in the exciting world of Data? Apgar, an international consulting firm specialized in Data and recognized by Gartner, is looking for an Event Communications Apprentice (M/F).

Start date: As soon as possible

Compensation: Attractive internship allowance + 5 additional paid leave days offered by Apgar

Internal missions

• Organizing and coordinating internal and external events
• Managing vendors, schedules, and event logistics
• Creating print and digital communication materials
• Supporting internal communication and employee engagement
• Assisting with trade shows, webinars, and school/alumni events
• Conducting benchmarking and monitoring event trends
• Coordinating with Marketing, HR, and Sales teams
• Tracking KPIs, reporting, and post-event analysis

Profile we are looking for:

• Student in communication, marketing, business, or event management (Bachelor level)
• Previous experience in event management is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of CRM and emailing tools is a plus (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Inwink)
