Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + Package + Potential Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

An innovative and rapidly growing EV charging infrastructure company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex charging infrastructure projects across France and Western Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the transition to electric mobility, combining project delivery, technical consultancy, and pre‑sales support on high‑profile infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of complex EV charging infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate technical studies, planning, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Design charging solutions tailored to customer requirements during the pre‑sales process.
• Produce technical proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Act as the technical interface between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality and risk management.
• Support continuous improvement through the adoption of innovative digital technologies and AI‑driven operational tools.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within EV charging, electrical infrastructure, energy or major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of high‑power EV charging systems.
• Knowledge of HV/LV electrical networks and associated regulations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent French and strong English language skills.
