EV Charging Operations / Project Manager (Home Installation)

We are hiring an EV Charging Operations / Project Manager to build and scale our home charger installation operations across Europe.

You will be responsible for managing installer networks, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant installations.

• Build and manage a network of certified electricians (freelance & installation partners)
• Manage end-to-end installation process (survey → planning → installation → commissioning) Ensure compliance with local electrical standards Monitor contractor performance (quality, SLA , cost)
• Improve installation efficiency and customer experience
• 3+ years experience in EV charging, energy, field service, or technical project management Experience managing contractors / installer networks
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (singlephase / three-phase)
• Strong execution and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent in English; local language is a plus

Electrical background, certifications, or hands‑on installation experience is a strong plus
