EV Charging Customer Project Lead & Onboarding

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven Customer Success Manager to oversee onboarding, training, and deployment for large B2B accounts in energy and EV charging in Paris. You will manage multi-stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth transitions from prospect to customer while coordinating with engineering and product teams.

You will drive NPS/CSAT, handle escalations with Support and Services, and oversee complex contract negotiations and tender processes across cross-functional teams.
